Delivery & Payment


Delivery timescales may be specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Our standard dispatch is same working day (Monday – Friday) for orders placed before 10 am but there is no guarantees you will receive your package next working day. Please note, during busy periods please allow an additional time for orders to be dispatched. Even at peak times and busy periods, all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Issues and delays with couriers can occur and are out of our control, if you have any issues with the service of our couriers please get in touch. All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We cannot refund shipping costs due to errors which are no fault of our own. We cannot resend items which are currently in transit.

Your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case we will notify you the same day.

Please note if the item has been dispatched and the address is wrong. We are not at fault. If the package comes back to us due to incorrect address, the postage cost will still apply and be charged to you due to us not being at fault. 



We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
